A large global defense company

Client

One of the largest global defense, security, and aerospace companies needed a President for its multi-billion dollar, 10,000-employee Intelligence and Cyber Division. The group is a leading provider of cyber security solutions, information technology, intelligence and analytical tools, and support services and solutions.

Considerations

The position required someone with a decade of experience leading large teams in high-growth environments, experience owning P&L over $1 billion, and top level security clearance via the U.S. Government. We covered the entire aerospace and defense market of relevant talent along with consulting and other professional services firms whose clients are in the aerospace and defense industry. A full 50% of candidates in the final slate were diversity executives, far exceeding industry average.
