Liam J. Harrington Joins Safway as VP of Finance
December 17, 2012 – Leading human capital firm Morgan Samuels has announced that Liam Harrington has joined Safway Services as Vice President of Finance. Morgan Samuels provides innovative and strategic services focused on identifying, attracting, and retaining top executive talent.
Headquartered in Waukesha, WI, Safway provides scaffolding and access solutions for commercial construction, industrial and infrastructure applications. Through its network of approximately 85 branch locations and 4,000 employees in the U.S. and Canada, and a system of distributors across South America, Safway provides sales, rental, labor services, training, engineering, design, safety and project management.
Mr. Harrington had most recently been the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at United Rentals in Greenwich, CT. Previously, he was in similar roles at The Jarden Corporation and IBM. Mr. Harrington earned his Bachelor’s in Economics from Stony Brook University. He later earned a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance and Consulting from Ohio State University and a Master’s in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
