Christi Brigman

Associate Consultant

“The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Christi came into the executive search world through a search firm based out of Dallas, TX. She spent her time there as a client manager and team lead, specializing in the industrial/manufacturing industry and leading a team of five recruiters. Managing a multi-million-dollar client in a seasonally sensitive industry taught her what it looks like to serve, not only clients, but candidates throughout the ups and downs that come with success.

Prior to her time in Dallas, Christi majored in Communication at Texas A&M University, where she was a member of the Texas A&M Track & Field team. When she isn’t talking on the phone to potential candidates, you can find her out finding new trails to run or playing sand volleyball with friends. Her favorite part about the work she does is feeling like she has helped another person. She believes there is nothing more satisfying than knowing the work she is doing is going to benefit the life of another.
