Diana brings a strong background in finance and accounting, strategy, transformational growth, and operations. She is focused on generating profitability, growth, and driving change management and process improvement in order to promote operational excellence and support of our clients. Her accomplishments include over 20 years of diversified and progressive executive experience with global public and private companies of all sizes; ranging from start-ups to established companies with over $1 billion in revenues. Whether it be working for and alongside industry visionaries, entrepreneurs, rock-stars, or shareholders, Diana’s personal mission is to be an inspiring leader and team member, hard worker, and all-around nice person with common sense and strong integrity.
Diana’s previous experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer of Really Likeable People, Inc. a closely-held group of companies with offerings in branded consumer products, technology, and entertainment; Corporate Controller & Director of Financial Reporting with K2, Inc. a $1.3 billion publicly-traded sporting goods company; Controller of centralized operations with Landsberg Orora, a global leader in the consumer products packaging industry; and commencing her career as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and is an actively licensed CPA in both California and Tennessee.
A native southern Californian for generations, Diana and her husband made the journey to Nashville a few years ago with their two dogs, Haley and Jackson, to enjoy life in the mid-south, while taking in the music scene, gardening, watching live sports, and championing anything and everything to do with improving the welfare of animals and the environment.
