Today, Kimberly manages the firm’s Quality and Voice of the Customer initiatives as part of the firm’s commitment to continuous improvement. Kimberly loves having the opportunity to engage with candidates and clients because she gets to speak with fascinating, accomplished people every day.
Prior to her recent return to Morgan Samuels, Kimberly was a staff writer for the nationally syndicated comedy game show, “Funny You Should Ask,” spending her days writing trivia questions and jokes – and, yes, it was as fun as it sounds! She has also written for Funny or Die’s “Feeding America Comedy Festival” and the Emmy Award-winning Disney series “Phineas and Ferb”. With this impressive background, it’s clear Kimberly loves to laugh and to make others laugh, so don’t take yourself too seriously around her.
In addition to creative writing, Kimberly has worked for many years as a corporate copywriter and marketing consultant for a diverse range of industries, including executive search, energy services, corporate training, and retail.
Kimberly holds a BA from Antioch College and an MFA from California Institute of the Arts. A longtime performer and teacher of comedy, you can find Kimberly performing improvisation and stand-up on stages all over Los Angeles. This native of Pittsburgh, PA is rarely seen without her sidekick, a sassy Terrier mix named Magoo, and they enjoy taking frequent hikes and watching the Steelers win.
