Lindsey Hoesterey is fascinated with what’s “next.” If it’s new—from an immersive hobby to emerging trends and the future of recruitment—she doesn’t hesitate to lean into the learning curve.
From name generation and verification to industry, competitor, and compensation analysis, Research Manager Lindsey doesn’t just manage all facets of search support, she also mentors the team and determines where new engagement search strategies—like industries targeted and the identification of best-in-class companies and executive talent—should focus.
A critical thinker with a knack for analyzing and processing information, Lindsey’s career began at Xerox where she was first an Entitlement Coordinator and then a Business Process Configuration Lead. Later, her skills took her to Grant Thornton in the Risk and Regulatory Department—where she was a Corporate Research Analyst. Most recently, Lindsey played the role of Information Specialist at James Drury Partners.
With a Bachelor’s degree in English and Art from State University of New York at Oswego, and a Masters of Library and Information Science from Dominican University, Lindsey boasts a life-long love of reading and learning. When she’s not working hard for us, you can find the Rochester native, and current resident, hiking, drawing, or taking the most unexpected classes she can find—whether bonsai, glass bead making, or intaglio.
