From the football field to the workplace, Matt is well-acquainted with the concept of persistence and the continuous drive toward success.
Matt came to Morgan Samuels in 2021 as a Consultant. Before joining the MSC team, he provided executive recruiting support at Alliance Search Solutions in two major business units: food and automotive manufacturing. During his time with the firm, he partnered with several top ten Tier 1 automotive suppliers and Fortune 500 food companies. He also brings experience in recruiting for medical devices, aerospace and heavy manufacturing industries.
Matt graduated from The College of Wooster with a B.A. in Communication Studies. While earning his degree, he was a two-time captain and all-conference linebacker. Today, he continues to mentor student athletes in the Wooster football program.
Matt lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, son and daughter. In their free time, his family enjoys going to Browns games (they are proud season ticket holders since the early 1980s) and hanging out on Piedmont Lake.
