Enjoying the outdoors is a huge part of Nina’s life; she hikes, skis, rides horseback, backpacks, camps or travels at every opportunity. She often fits in a quick hike before or after work, and always has an adventure planned for the near future!
Nina has enjoyed working with a multitude of clients in the healthcare sector. As a result, she has learned to adapt to the hiring needs and style of small startups with cutting edge technology all the way to established F500s. She enjoys learning how to address the unique hiring needs of each client and prides herself on the ability to build a strong partnership on each search.
Nina was lucky enough to watch her father build a bio-tech company from the ground up throughout her childhood. She understands the value of a quality team of executives and leaders to guide a company through challenge and success alike. Seeing a company grow in this way was pivotal to building her interest in executive recruiting.
