A graduate of Central Michigan with a background in Industrial / Organizational (I/O) psychology, his professional experiences include talent assessment, training and development, executive coaching, and performance management. As a key priority, Todd looks to build and sustain a healthy culture by connecting with leaders with the right type of talent.
A native to Michigan, Todd can often be found outdoors “up north” riding trails and hunting. He enjoys watching sports and participating as an occasional weekend warrior. A father of two, he is quick to support his wife and kids pursuing goals as their coach, supporter, and fan.
