Curt works as Coach and Strategic Advisor as an adjunct member of the MSC leadership team and heads our New Leader Integration practice. Having served as a leader in the people business for 30 years – as a Senior Executive in Human Resources, Talent Strategy, and Administration at some of the world’s largest organizations – Curt has listened to a lot of stories. As a result, he has become fluent in the tales we tell ourselves.
What excites Curt as a Coach is meeting a client exactly where they are at in their career – be that as an established CEO or an emerging leader. He recognizes that helping a leader unlock their aspirational future is one of the greatest privileges of his career.

Curt brings to his coaching practice a combination of earned business acumen and a people-first focus. His clients work in a variety of industries and are frequently high potential, early-career executives, CEOs, HR leaders, and women in leadership.
When he is not working, Curt enjoys golf, bicycling, and travel and is a voracious reader.
