Justin Ossola was born and raised in Berkeley, California and is a results-driven Senior Engagement Director whose journey through sales, consulting, and military service has shaped him into a leader committed to helping his teammates, clients and candidates all win together.
Prior to falling in love with the executive search space, Justin started his corporate career with stints at IBM and Oracle where he served in various business development and consulting roles. Justin’s first experience in the world of talent was when he helped start a mission-driven recruiting company dedicated to helping transitioning military veterans land rewarding careers in high tech sales. During his time as President, he and his team successfully placed over 350 military veterans. It was in this role that Justin found his unique superpower: earnest and genuine advocacy for those who desire to enhance their lives and careers. In Executive Search, he excels in building professional relationships, collaborating within teams, and delighting his clients by executing world-class searches.
Justin holds a degree in Quantitative Economics from the US Naval Academy and upon leaving active duty completed an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from Georgetown University. Beyond his professional endeavors, Justin is married with 4 children and resides in Annapolis, MD. He and his children all share a passion for soccer and recently embarked on an unforgettable journey to Qatar for the World Cup with his eldest son.
