Sophie was first introduced to executive search during her time at Buckman Enochs Coss & Associates where she worked a variety of positions in the Life Sciences Industry including partnering with world class pharmaceutical, medical device and biotech companies. Not only did she learn a passion for connecting and forming relationships with others, but also consulting professionals through major career changes. While at BEC, Sophie held many responsibilities including managing and mentoring associate recruiters. Prior to becoming a recruiter, she learned quickly that she wanted a career where she could impact others. In her previous jobs, she learned many other facets of healthcare including bedside patient care, hospital infrastructure, health insurance and payer relations.
Born and raised in Columbus OH, Sophie loyally graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Psychology. Go Bucks! She then continued her education and interest in Healthcare by completing her MBA in Health Administration at Ashland University.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, friends and family, exploring and traveling to new places, supporting the local sports teams and spoiling her two cats.
