As a Senior Client Partner, Ken is squarely focused on two things: representing his clients with an unparalleled standard of excellence, while also advocating for best-in-class talent to support the needs of his clients. A combination of balanced IQ and EQ traits has represented a DNA footprint in how he operates, both in his personal and professional belief system. He has made seeking to understand (asking questions) versus trying to be understood (making statements) a daily mantra.
Ken spent 3 decades in the corporate arena, having served as a senior executive for some of the world’s most iconic global brands (Gatorade, Frito Lay, Pepsi-Cola, IBM, Borden Dairy Company, Campbell Soup, and others). He has led small, medium, and large-sized organizations, in sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience, and in several cases doing so with a global footprint.
Given his multi-faceted experiences, which includes having been recruited by executive search firms many times throughout his career, Ken is in the unique position of placing talent in roles for clients where he himself has performed in similar roles. He speaks the same language of both client and candidate.
Ken resides in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, with his bride, Iris. They are the proud parents of two gifted sons. When away from the office, he enjoys traveling, reading, health and wellness (especially walking everyday), music, and having fun with his family.
