At Morgan Samuels, Amber has progressed from Associate Consultant to Consultant, and now to Senior Consultant, successfully placing over 70 executives across diverse sectors such as technology, financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, and retail. Her success stems from her dedication to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients throughout the entire search process.
Before joining Morgan Samuels, Amber worked as a lead Corporate Recruiter for a rapidly growing Healthcare Staffing Firm, where she hired internal employees for eight offices along the East Coast. Her well-rounded experience includes hiring for roles in Technology, Finance, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources, allowing her to connect with executives across various industries.
Amber graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University with a BS in Economics and a minor in Law and Legal Studies from the Honors College. As an ambassador for the Honors College, she recruited outstanding high school seniors to the school’s competitive program.
In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time outdoors, whether she’s hiking with her husband and their border collies, Maverick and Layla, or exploring new places. During college, she studied comparative politics abroad in Europe, visiting all seven European Union institutions. That experience has fueled her interest in travel and cultures from around the globe, enhancing her ability to build meaningful connections with candidates and clients globally.
