Heidi graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University, with a BS in Psychology and minor in Cognitive Science. She started her career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at a health-tech startup outside of Boston, where she honed her skills in strategic hiring and full life cycle recruiting across a wide span of departments. She is passionate about connecting people to the right opportunities and helping them to achieve their goals. Highly driven and curious, Heidi is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients throughout the search process and beyond.
In her free time, Heidi enjoys running, skiing, spending time with friends and family, walking with her two dogs, Bear and Meeko, and exploring the wealth of different experiences that New York City has to offer. On any given weekend, you might find her traveling, training for a race, or rooting for her favorite football team, the Philadelphia Eagles.
