With over three years of executive search experience, Toren brings a wealth of operational expertise and a keen eye for talent to her role as Recruitment Operations Coordinator at Morgan Samuels. Her journey began as a dedicated second-grade teacher at a Title 1 charter school, where she honed her skills in organization and communication, eventually transitioning into recruitment and operations.
Toren excels in anticipating team needs, delivering impactful training, and supporting firm-wide initiatives. Known for her adept management of complex schedules, coordination of logistics, and execution of strategic plans, she has consistently demonstrated precision in handling internal systems and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Toren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She and her husband live on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with their two wonderful children. Outside of work, Toren is passionate about supporting local nonprofits, participating in fitness classes, and enjoying quality family time at the beach.
