An east coast native, Zach made the move west after graduating with a BS in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington in Virginia. After a few years in the fast-paced world of healthcare recruiting and staffing, Zach was drawn to the complex challenges offered by the world of executive search.
Zach joined MSC in 2013 as an Associate Consultant, working on the recruiting side before the analytical and complex nature of the research department piqued his interest. Zach expanded upon his Research Consultant role by supporting the Partner team in their business development pursuits.
After a three-year hiatus working as the Contracts Manager for OETC, the largest EdTech buying consortium in the Pacific Northwest, Zach returned to MSC. In his current role, he is building upon his previous experience of supporting the Partner team and driving a research strategy that will help MSC continue to grow and attract top tier clients.
Zach currently lives in Portland, OR with his wife, two Boxers, and a kitten that also thinks it’s a dog. He is an active volunteer with the Marion-Polk Food Bank and Friends of Trees. When he is not working, chances are he is out exploring the vast, rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
